Shipping

The purchased product will be delivered within 5 working days from receipt of payment and you will receive an order confirmation email.

Orders received after 12:00 will be processed the following day.

Shipping is free for orders of 80 euros or more.

The purchased product(s) are shipped via courier and will be carefully packaged to avoid breakages and will contain the wording "contains fragile objects", we are not responsible for damages resulting from mistreatment of the product by the couriers so if the package is compromised always sign with RESERVE to avail of the courier for any shortages/damages. The packaging is safe and reliable and upon departure is checked by the store staff and by the courier who collects the package.

Returns allowed at the buyer's expense for a period of 14 days from receipt.
