To exercise the right of withdrawal, simply send the items to the following address: Canaris, strada provinciale 362 per Sogliano, 73013 Galatina (LE) and insert a sheet of paper with the following information inside the package: name, surname, order number, reason for the return and IBAN if cash on delivery was chosen as the payment method at the time of purchase.
The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed, repaired or treated in any way. The items must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were shipped to the Customer and must be packaged and wrapped appropriately. All other labels of the item, both fabric and hanging, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the item. The return of the product must take place within 48 hours of receiving the return authorization received via email from our Customer Service (the date indicated on the postmark or on the courier's transport document will be valid). The return will be processed within 3-4 working days following the date of receipt of the returned goods at our warehouse.
Canaris reserves the right to refuse returns outside the time limit provided, in the event that the items are not in the same condition in which they were sent and/or do not meet the conditions for return. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods or until proof of return has been provided.
The refunded amount does not include the initial shipping costs. Canaris reminds that the return shipping is at the customer's expense.
In the event of failure to comply with one of the above conditions, CANARIS reserves the right to not accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE?
The exchange is expected upon communication, within 20 days of receiving the package. Just contact our whatsapp number +393314065791 and agree with the goods to be replaced, the new item will be sent after receiving the goods to be exchanged.
REFUND INFORMATION
Once we have received the items for which the return request has been made, at our logistics, we will verify that the product complies with the aforementioned specifications. We will then proceed to pay the amount paid for the purchase within 15 days of delivery of the same, excluding shipping costs, carrying out the refund using the same payment method chosen by the buyer during the purchase phase.
Please note: Once you receive the refund confirmation email, the credit on your credit card will be visible within 24/48 hours.
